Please note that since our products are hand-woven, we mostly have one of each kind at a time. Also, as the fabrics are pure and the weaves delicate, each garment requires very careful handling. Hence, we are able to offer cancellations, returns or exchanges only in extreme circumstances.
Cancellations
• Cancellations need to be done before the order is shipped
• Orders with add-on services like tassels/pico/fall cannot be cancelled.
• Orders for fabrics (cut from a thaan) or custom-made orders cannot be cancelled
• Only unstitched orders (like sarees, dupattas, stoles) are eligible for cancellations
• Cancellations of orders purchased during the sale period should not be allowed


Returns and Exchange Policy

1. Sheho Creations does not accept Return requests on any merchandise unless it is defective or it’s a case of dispatch of an incorrect item, in which case the User agrees to notify Sheho Creations, by way of an email to Shehocreations@gmail.com, attaching the pictures of the defective/incorrect merchandise, as soon as possible and no later than 48 hours of receiving the shipment. The pictures of the merchandise shall be inspected and the User agrees that merchandise would be deemed to be defective only if it is found to be so in the sole discretion of Sheho Creations. Sheho Creations does not offer any return pick-up service therefore, the User shall arrange to pack and courier the defective/incorrect merchandise to Sheho Creations at the below address

2. User agrees to provide Sheho Creations with the tracking details of the product. Without valid tracking details the packages could get lost and replacement might be cancelled. Refunds for return courier charges for defective merchandise shall be against a valid RVP slip/written confirmation from the courier company that the RVP has been done for a particular shipment/order. Estimated refund of Courier Charges will be:


a. For Product Weighing less than or equal to 500 gm, Flat Rs. 80 will be refunded
b. For Product weighing above 500 gm, refund will be equal to the amount mentioned on the courier slip or in proportion to the product weight (up to a maximum of Rs. 160/kg), whichever is minimum.

3. In case of return initiated and subsequently couriered by the User himself/herself, and if it is found that the claimed shipment was not delivered to Sheho Creations or the shipment was empty, the onus shall be on the User to prove through presentation/submission of Proof of Delivery (PoD) from the concerned logistic service provider to establish his/her claim of return. However, non-receipt of merchandise by Sheho Creations may lead to no refund/exchange being issued to the User. The User waives any claims against Sheho Creations in this regard.

4. Refund, if any, shall be made to the same issuing bank through which the merchandise was purchased. Once approved, the refund will be initiated within 3–5 business days. The credited amount may reflect in the User’s bank account within 7–10 business days, depending on the bank’s processing time.

5. If the User wants to exchange a merchandise, he/she may do so within 48 hours of receiving the product, provided that:
* The tags on the merchandise are intact
* The merchandise is unwashed, unused, and in an undamaged condition
* The merchandise is returned in the original packaging and in re-saleable condition

6. The User agrees to follow the packaging and courier instructions mentioned in point 1 and 2 above.
* The User agrees that, considering each merchandise is likely to be unique and may be available in single quantity:
* Any exchange or replacement request may take 15 to 45 days to process, depending on availability and logistics.
* Once the replacement is dispatched, delivery may take an additional 5 to 7 business days, depending on the User’s location.
* In case a suitable substitute is not available, Sheho Creations will issue a refund in accordance with point 4 above.
* No interest shall be payable on the refunded amount.

7. The User agrees to follow the packaging and courier instructions mentioned in point 1 and 2 above. The User agrees that considering that each merchandise is likely to be unique and may be available in single quantity, any exchange request could take up to 15 days to 45 days to honour. The User agrees that semi-stitched and fully stitched merchandise can neither be exchanged nor returned. The User agrees that if, despite of best efforts by Sheho Creations, a suitable substitute is not available for exchange, Sheho Creations would refund the amount of the invoice in accordance with point 4 above. It is hereby clarified that no interest shall be payable on the aforesaid refund amount.
8. The User agrees that in case of size exchange, the differential amount, if any, shall be forfeited. This will apply irrespective of any increase or decrease in the price of the product being exchanged.

9. The User hereby indemnifies, defends and holds harmless the entity owning Sheho Creations, its subsidiaries, affiliates, vendors, agents and their respective proprietor, directors, officers, employees, contractors and agents (herein after individually and collectively referred to as "indemnified parties") from and against any and all losses, liabilities, claims, suits, proceedings, penalties, interests, damages, demands, costs and expenses (including legal and other statutory fees and disbursements in connection therewith and interest chargeable thereon) asserted against or incurred by the indemnified parties that arise out of, result from, or in connection with this sale transaction.

10. The User agrees that any dispute relating in any way to this transaction shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi, India and the Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

11. The User agrees that Sheho Creations’s aggregate liability to the User under and in relation to these Terms shall not exceed the total value of this invoice.

Shipping and Delivery Policy

1. All Products purchased from the Sheho Creations’s web platforms shall be delivered to the User by standard courier services through a logistics partner. All deliveries where applicable shall be made on a best-efforts basis, and while Sheho Creations will endeavour to deliver the Products on the dates intimated, Sheho Creations disclaims any claims or liabilities arising from any delay in this regard.

2. Sheho Creations shall not be responsible for any delay in the delivery of the merchandise. Sheho Creations shall not be liable for any damage to the merchandise in transit due to mishandling by the logistics partner.

3. The logistics partner supported by Sheho Creations will make a maximum of three attempts to deliver your order. In case the User is not reachable or does not accept delivery of merchandise in these attempts the order may be cancelled at the option of Sheho Creations.

4. An estimated delivery time shall be displayed on the order summary page. On placing your order, you will receive an email containing a summary of the order and also the estimated delivery time to your location

5. Sometimes, delivery may take longer due to inter alia:
• Bad weather
• Flight delays
• Political disruptions
• Other unforeseen circumstances

6. In the event any delay in delivery of merchandise is expected, Sheho Creations may, at its sole discretion, intimate the User who may have purchased the same, regarding such delay.

7. Where there is a likelihood of delay in delivery of the Products, the User may be notified of the same from time to time. However, no refunds may be claimed by the User for any delay in delivery of the merchandise, which was caused due to reasons beyond the control of the Website and/or the Seller.

8. Standard shipping delivery timeframe:
* Domestic orders (within India) are typically delivered within 5 to 9 business days from the date of dispatch.
* For remote or special service locations, delivery may take up to 12 business days.
* Dispatch usually occurs within 2 to 4 business days of order confirmation unless otherwise stated.

Picture/Colour Disclaimer

The colors of products seen on a computer screen usually varies slightly from those of the actual product. This could be because of the difference in underlying technologies of computer monitors and fabric; monitors that are not properly calibrated could also add to the difference in colors.

For indoor pictures, multiple factors such as angle of photograph, type of light (white, yellow or natural) and lighting used, composition of the fabric could affect the colors as captured in the photographs, which may occasionally result in minor variations.

Also, Dupatta length is usually 2- 2.5 meters but it can vary due to tassels in some cases and also all the handloom products are unique. As such any complaints regarding product color/length etc. will not be entertained

Also, all the products are hand-woven, there might be slight irregularities in the weave as compared to machine weave products and any complaints regarding the same will not be entertained

Minor variations in the color or slight irregularities in the length of a dupattas (due to tassels) and/ or in the weave/pattern of the product cannot be considered a defect. This should not be allowed to form grounds for a return.
