The colors of products seen on a computer screen usually varies slightly from those of the actual product. This could be because
of the difference in underlying technologies of computer monitors and fabric; monitors that are not properly calibrated could also add to the difference in colors.

For indoor pictures, multiple factors such as angle of photograph, type of light (white, yellow or natural) and lighting used, composition of the fabric could affect the colors as captured in the photographs, which may occasionally result in minor variations.

Also,Dupatta length is usually 2- 2.5 meters but it can vary due to tassels in some cases and also all the handloom products are unique. As such any complaints regarding product color/length etc. will not be entertained

Also, all the products are hand-woven, there might be slight irregularities in the weave as compared to machine weave products and any complaints regarding the same will not be entertained

Minor variations in the color or slight irregularities in the length of a dupattas (due to tassels) and/ or in the weave/pattern of the product cannot be considered a defect. This should not be allowed to form grounds for a return.
